Monitogo Studios is so excited for the things that have been happening with Bound.
We took a trip down to San Antonio over the week of March 9-14, to attend the Christian Worldview Filmmakers Guild, and Film Festival. We taught two great sessions about Brickfilming, our process, and shared some hints and tips about avoiding common stop-motion mistakes. We had very attentive students who asked some insightful questions...we have great hopes for the future of brickfilm!
The festival was a tremendous blessing, as Bound was screened 3 times over the weekend. The audience received it well, and in particular, children laughed and engaged with the story.
We were very blessed Saturday night, as Bound was awarded "Best Animated Film", and was a finalist for "Best Original Music Score" and "Best Feature Film"!!
Thank you, to all our viewers, fans, and followers who have awaited this project's completion or years. Literally! We are pleased to now offer Bound on DVD through the store right here at monitogostudios.com.
We are very excited to share the good news: Bound, and it's official trailer, have both been accepted to screen at the 2015 Christian Worldview Film Festival down in San Antonio! We are so grateful for this opportunity, and hope some of you will be able to join us there March 10th-14th. The first half of the week we will be present for the filmmakers guild, teaching on stop-motion filmmaking, and in particular, some of the challenges that face brickfilmmakers.
